SHIPPING: - Ccs420

The shipping dates specified by the customer are not binding on Ccs420, unless accepted by us in writing. Delivery times will be confirmed according to stock. Shipments will be made 24 hours after payment has been made (it is recommended to send proof of payment by email indicating name and invoice/order number).

Shipments will be made through the channel that Ccs420 deems most convenient, unless otherwise specified by the customer, taking into account any additional costs.

Any merchandise that arrives defective or does not arrive in the number of packages or contents of the shipments, must be reflected in the delivery note of the carrier and communicated within the next 24 hours to Ccs420 to process the corresponding claim. Claims made outside of this period will not be dealt with since the merchandise insurance takes over exclusively in the first 24 hours.

The commitment of the transport companies does not bind ccs420 in the fulfillment of a delivery date since it is an external service to the company.

Once an order has been requested, processed and confirmed by the client, it cannot be cancelled and the advance will not be refundable.

NET AMOUNT OVER €1,200. ZONES 1,2 AND 3.

If the net amount is greater than €1,200 in Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, the shipping cost of the pallet will be covered . Likewise, the freight of the additional pallets will be covered by increasing the order by €500 net per pallet. Based on these conditions, the following table will be applied:

€1,200 = postage paid for 1 “multi-product” pallet (if it is a mini pallet, postage is paid from €600)
€1,700 = carriage paid for 1 “multi-product” pallet + carriage paid for 1 pallet (substrate or “multi-product”)
€2,200 = carriage paid for 1 “multi-product” pallet + carriage paid for 2 pallets (substrate or “multi-product”)
€2,700 = carriage paid for 1 “multi-product” pallet + carriage paid for 3 pallets (substrate or “multi-product”)
€3,200 = carriage paid for 1 “multi-product” pallet + carriage paid for 4 pallets (substrate or “multi-product”)

We call a “multi-product” pallet the pallet that contains crop products except substrates or a maximum of 15 bags of substrate.

If the net amount does not exceed 1,250 euros, freight is charged on multi-product pallets:

Mini Palette: 50 €
Palette (European / American): 95 €

If the net amount is greater than 1250 euros, the freight of the pallet will be covered. Likewise, the freight of the additional pallets will be covered by increasing the order by 500 euros net per additional pallet. Based on these conditions, the following table will be applied:

OWN DELIVERY in the provinces of Castellón, Valencia, Alicante, Gerona and Barcelona.

The minimum order for distribution is €400 of multi-product material with a maximum of 10 bags of substrate and the option of 1 full pallet of unhandled substrate (mono-reference pallet) with postage paid, otherwise, the corresponding postage will be charged. to zone 1. The substrate pallets will always be delivered through a transport company and not with Ccs420’s distribution since our vehicles have weight limitations.

This is a voluntary and free service that Ccs420 performs for its customers and therefore free of any obligation, that is, in no case is it required by the customer or obligatory for Ccs420. Orders will be sent by transport agency if Ccs420 deems it necessary/unavoidable.

The delivery will be made once a week in each area and by agency if we have excess orders or unforeseen events. The established delivery days may vary if there are holidays during the week.

Orders placed outside the days of the route will be served at the prices of the Zone 1 agency service in the case of pallets or parcels in the case of boxes of less than 12 kilos.
