Our prices do not include VAT or any other type of tax and it is understood that it will be added to all customers except those from the Canary Islands and abroad.

Once the client is notified of the amount of the invoice, they will have 5 working days to make the deposit; If the client does not make the payment in this period, the company reserves the right to dispose of this material for other clients.

Defective product returns / Warranty
As stated in the main rule of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the products sold by www.ccs420.com to its customers, in purchases made from January 1, 2022, have a warranty period of 3 years to calculate from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Purchases made prior to the indicated date will have a 2-year warranty period.

Ccs420 will not be responsible for claims derived from third parties to its customers.

The proof that the product was defective is the first 6 months at the expense of ccs420, from the 6th month to the 2nd year, the inspection of the defective product is the responsibility of the customer, through a professional expert report showing that the cause existed before and was in the product and is not due to wear and tear.

Upon receipt of the product and its subsequent review, under RDL 1/2007 of November 16, the amount thereof will be credited.


Returns products in good condition
The client, according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, may return the product or products within a period of 7 days without the need for justification, with the exception of custom-made or personalized items.

This period will expire 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.

Returns will not be accepted after 7 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise, except in those cases where the product or products purchased are defective.


How do I return the products?
To initiate the return of an order, you must process it through www.ccs420.com, entering “my data”, creating an RMA request in which the PRODUCT, BRAND, SERIAL NUMBER AND INVOICE of the order that includes the product must be stated. or products subject to return. Or you must contact the Ccs420 returns department by email (cannabiscuttersspain@gmail.com) to request a MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM.

Returns of products whose original packaging is not in perfect condition, as well as perfectly packaged, will not be accepted.

No refund of amount will be made for those products that are not in sale condition or that lack box, packaging, instructions or accessories. Avoid sticking transport labels directly on the product or its packaging, otherwise the product will be classified as not suitable for return.

Please check all products before making your return; Products returned that work correctly will be returned to the customer and a charge of 40 euros/technician hour will be made (minimum fractions of 15 minutes) for review and control (labour time).

Once the product has been received and after checking that everything is as specified above, we will refund the amount of the items received, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 21 calendar days from from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

Ccs420, as a distributor, and in the face of possible incidents related to the quality of the products sold, will only deal with incidents from its customers, revoking those from third parties who, in order to use their rights, should go to the store where they purchased the product. product.

TRANSPORTATION INCIDENTS

Ccs420 recommends that the following protocol be followed upon receipt of the merchandise:

Verification of the status of the pallets or packages received. Upon receipt of the order, we request a review of the state of the packages, if possible, before being unloaded from the truck or transport vehicle, taking photos of the packages before unloading if damage is observed. In the event that they arrive in very poor condition, it is preferable that they be rejected and brought to our attention within a maximum period of 24 hours from the delivery attempt in order to manage the incident with the transport company.

Upon receipt of the order, if it is detected that the pallet or any package was open or depalletized, wet, hit, broken or it is appreciated that the interior presents damage, please indicate on the delivery note of the carrier or on your PDA broken shipment, shipment damaged or similar annotation and that photos of the exterior of the packages or damaged products be taken. We urge you NOT to write it down pending review, since in the event of an insurance claim it has no effect. Inform us of this incident within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the merchandise through cannabiscuttersspain@gmail.com and keep the damaged merchandise until the withdrawal is made by the transport agency or by Ccs420.

Transport incidence claim. If the delivery detects that the merchandise arrives in poor condition, it must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt, informing us of the type of incident by email cannabiscuttersspain@gmail.com.

INCIDENTS ORDERS

For those incidents related to orders, such as the lack of a product or the detection of missing parts, only claims made within 72 hours of receipt will be accepted.
