Description

The Maxquarium 000 PPM De-Ionisation reverse osmosis system produces up to 500 litres per day (up to 20 litres per hour), designed for use in aquariums, aquoponics and hydroponics and for all growers who want to start with 000 ppm water.

Removes up to 95% of salts, heavy metals and other possible contaminants. Removes up to 99% of chlorine and reduces sediments larger than 5 microns instantly.

To achieve optimum water production conditions, you can use Pressure Pump Kit Powergrow and Maxquarium (422113).

BENEFITS OF MAXQUARIUM 000 PPM

Reverse Osmosis systems are designed to minimise water wastage to the drain with a ratio of approximately 2:1 (bad water/good water).

  • Removes up to 95% of salts in the water.
  • Less water waste than other equipment
  • Easy indoor and outdoor installation

Helps stabilise pH, achieves 100% effectiveness of nutrients and fertilisers, and protects organisms. Ideal for organic crops.

Removes or Reduces: Salts, Heavy Metals, Chloramines, Nitrates, Nitrites, Chlorine, Sediments, Soil, Oxides, Herbicides and Pesticides, Volatile Organic Pollutants (Chemical Pollutants, Benzene, Oils, Trihalomethanes, Detergents, PCB’s)

HOW MANY LITRES PER HOUR DOES THE MAXQUARIUM 000 PPM FILTER?

The Maxquarium 000 PPM provides 20 litres per hour, which is 500 litres per day. This is virtually distilled water which allows plants to absorb nutrients more easily and generate better yields.

SUITABLE CONDITIONS FOR USING THE MAXQUARIUM 000 PPM

To guarantee the optimal functioning of the Maxquarium 000 PPM osmosis filter, the water pressure must be 4BAR. A pressure pump is recommended, which will also help to reduce the amount of water that is discharged into the drain.

WATER CONDITIONS

  • Temperature: 25ºC
  • Pressure: Min. 3 Kg Max. 6kg
  • Quality (500 tds or ppm)

Other conditions may reduce water production.

Filter changes should be made every 4,000 litres of osmosis water produced.
